Oatmeal Cookies

You can add raisins, nuts, or chocolate chips to these if you like.





List of Ingredients



• 3/4 Cup Crisco
  
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1/4 Cup water
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• 1 1/4 Cup flour
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  
• 3 Cups uncooked Oats
  






Instructions



1. Beat Crisco, sugars, egg, water and vanilla til creamy
   
2. Sift together flour, salt Baking Soda and cinnamon. Add to the creamed mixture
   
3. Blend well, stir in oats and any additional ingredients drop by tsp onto ungreased cookie sheet
   
4. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 12 - 15 min
