Peanut Butter Cookies




List of Ingredients



• 1 Cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
  
• 1/2 Cup margarine
  
• 1/2 Cup sugar
  
• 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar (packed)
  
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
  
• 1 Egg
  
• 1 1/2 Cups flour
  
• 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  






Instructions



1. Combine peanut butter, margarine and sugars. Mix well. Add vanilla & egg. Beat til creamy
   
2. Combine the dry ingredients and slowly add to creamed mixture.
   
3. CHILL THE DOUGH
   
4. shape into small balls and place in ungreased cookie sheet. flatten with a fork making a X pattern OR put a chocolate candy kiss in the center and press down.
   
5. Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 10 min
