Walnut Rum Balls

A MUST for every Christmas!





List of Ingredients



• 3 3/4 Cups crushed vanilla wafers
  
• 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
  
• 1 1/2 Cups Confectioner Sugar
  
• 1 1/2 Cups finely chopped walnuts
  
• 4 1/2 Tbsp. corn syrup
  
• About 1/4 Cup Rum or Bourbon
  






Instructions



1. Mix the dry ingredients together
   
   
2. Add the liquid. Mix well with hands
   
   
3. Shape into balls and roll in confectioner sugar
   
   






Final Comments


These keep very well in a sealed container. Actually, the longer they set the better they are.
