Add the onions, pepper, celery, garlic and cook for 5 min. Stirring frequently. Season the shrimp with the red pepper and salt. Add to the skillet. Add the broth and cook for 8 - 10 min or til shrimp turns pink, stir occassionally Final Comments You can adjust the seasoning according to taste. Great served with Rice.
