    Ham and Potato Bake
    4 cups cubed potatoes
    2 medium carrots sliced
    2 cups fully cooked ham cut up
    1 can cream of mushrrom soup
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    1 small onion diced
    1/8 t pepper
    3/4 c plain bread crumbs
    1 T butter or marj melted
    oil or butter for saute onion
    Boil potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, Put carrots in during last 10 minutes. Saute onion in little oil or butter. Drain, place in deep casserole dish. In bowl mix ham, soup, milk, 1/2 c cheese, pepper, sauted onion. pour over potatoes and carrots. Top with remaing cheese, coat top with bread crumbs and drizzle melted butter on top. Bake uncovered 350° for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
