    Hot Crab & Clam Dip

    Hot Crab & Clam Dip

    2 7oz cans minced clams (drain & save juice)
    2 7oz cans crabmeat
    1/4 cup liquid from clams
    1/4 cup white wine (your preference)
    2 8oz pkg of cream cheese
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    6 drops tabasco sauce
    1 round loaf of sourdough bread
    Mix all ingredients (except wine) above until creamy
    Add the wine & mix again
    Place in a round loaf of sourdough bread (cut top off and
    pull out the inside bread of loaf - save for garnish)
    Put dip in bread bowl, wrap in foil
    Bake 250 degrees for 3 hours
    Serve with remaining bread, veggies, crackers, it's always a hit
