Recipe Introduction
This is JUST like the very expensive Boursin you buy at the market.
List of Ingredients
1 package cream cheese (8 oz) softened
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 cloves garlic, minced (1 to 3)
1 tablespoon chopped chives, fresh or freeze drie
1 teaspoon cracked coarse pepper, *see NoteRecipe
Adjust amount of pepper to taste. Those who are daring may want up to 1 TBSP! Mix all ingredients together in food processor or by hand and chill. Makes 12 oz. Can be doubled or tripled.
NOTE:
Depending on how much you like pepper up to 1 Tbsp may be used. Use your pepper mill and crack or grind the peppercorns coarsely.
