DIP: Mexican Layer Dip

List of Ingredients
1 can vegetarian refried beans, lime & chile vegetarian refried beans
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small avocado, pitted & mashed
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp taco seasoning mix, Taco Bell brand
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded - extra sharp
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa, smooth or chunky - Pace brand
Chopped Tomatoes
Sliced Black Olives
Shredded lettuce
Chopped green onions
Recipe
Spread beans in bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Mix sour cream, avocado, taco seasoning & lime juice in a bowl, mixing well. Spread over beans. "Circle" lettuce on the outer edges of pie plate. Then layer with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, chopped tomatoes, black olives & onions in the middle. Serve with tortilla chips (we like Baked Lays).
