    Wonton Crisps

    ---Italian-Seasoned Crisps---
    1 package wonton wrappers (6 oz) cut into
    1/4" strips
    Nonstick cooking spray
    2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    ---Cinnamon-Sugar Crisps---
    1 package wonton wrappers (6 oz) cut into
    1/4" strips
    Nonstick cooking spray
    1/4 cup sugar
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

    Recipe

    Italian-Seasoned Crisps: Preheat oven to 350°. Separate cut strips and place in a medium bowl. Spray strips with nonstick cooking spray, then add Italian seasoning and salt and toss to coat evenly. Spread strips on large baking sheets and bake for 16 to 18 minutes, or until golden and crisp, stirring frequently. Serves 3 to 4

    Cinnamon-Sugar Crisps: Preheat oven to 350°. Separate cut strips and place in a medium bowl. Spray strips with nonstick cooking spray, then add sugar and cinnamon and toss to coat evenly. Spread strips on large baking sheets and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden and crisp, stirring frequently. Cool on baking sheets before serving. Serves 3 to 4
