    Huli Huli Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    Cut 12 oz. boneless CHICKEN or any meat into thin strips (2" wide, 1/2" thick). In an open pan, cook in 2 tablespoons cooking OIL over high to medium heat for 2 minutes. Add sliced, MIXED VEGETABLES (onions, bell pepper, mushroom, celery, etc.) in the desired quantities. Cook for 3 minutes, then stir in 1/3 cup HULI HULI SAUCE and cook 2 minutes more. Serve immediately with steamed rice. Makes 4 servings.
