This is an excellent recipe.......makes very tender ribs. Thanks to Teri & her friend Barb for sharing!
List of Ingredients
baby back ribs (good with any cut - beef or pork)
1 cup barbecue sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's
1 cup water
extra Sweet Baby Ray's Sauce
*Baby back ribs are best; use your favorite bbq sauce's BBQ sauceRecipe
Line 13 x 9" pans (as many as you need) with foil. (You can also use a large roasting pan...just add extra sauce and water.) Mix together 1 cup of bbq sauce and one cup of water, and pour into the bottom of pan (or each pan). Arrange the ribs, cut into sections, meat-side-down, into the sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 325* for about 2-1/2 hours. (After 2 hours, check for tenderness using a fork or knife...if tender, remove from oven.) Remove foil, drain off liquid, and turn ribs over (meat-side-up). Brush with extra sauce. Turn oven up to 350*. Bake 30 more minutes, uncovered.
