Beef Stir-fry (Bulgogi)

beef tenderloin, sliced as thin as possible, 14-16 oz
1 onion
---Beef Seasoning---
8 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon pear juice, optional
Recipe
(1) Cut steak into 1/4 inch thin slab. Work with meat tenderizer. Cut into small enough pieces. (In other words, convenient to eat)
(2) Put all the ingredients for Bulgogi sauce into a bowl and mix well.
(3) Clean onion and cut into strips.
(4) Into the bowl (2), put meat and onion and mix well. Leave it for 1 hour or more.
(5) Stir fry meat on a frying pan (skillet).
NOTES:
1 lb beef (beef tenderloin) will serve 4 people
