    List of Ingredients




    2 lb round steak cut into 1" cubes
    3 tsp flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 medium carrots, pared and sliced
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes
    Bisquick -- 2 cups

    Place steak cubes in Crock-Pot. Combine flour, salt, and pepper, toss with steak to coat thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients except Bisquick & mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low setting for 8 to 10 hours. One hour before serving, remove meat and vegetables from Crock-Pot and pour in shallow 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Preheat oven to 425. Cover meat mixture with Biscuit Topping (rolled out). Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Serves 4 servings
    (about 2 1/2 quarts)
