Cinnamon Hot Chocolate Mix

List of Ingredients

1 3/4 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup nondairy creamer
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup miniature marshmallows


Recipe

In a bowl, combine milk powder, sugar, creamer, cocoa, and cinnamon. Add the marshmallows, mix well. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 3 months. Makes about 18-19 batches (about 3.5 cups total).

FOR GIFT GIVING: Dissolve about 3 Tbsp hot chocolate mix in 3/4 c. hot milk. Mix well.
