BREAD MACHINE: Wheat Bran Bread

List of Ingredients




1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup wheat bran
2 tablespoons powdered milk, or buttermilk powder (SACO)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Recipe



Make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature. Place all in bread machine accordingly to your machine. Timer may be used. Set on Wheat Bread or Regular cycle, light crust. Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.

NOTES:

This can be done on DOUGH cycle and baked into a loaf or 12 rolls.
