BREAD MACHINE "Tastes Almost Like a Brownie" Bread

List of Ingredients

1 cup water
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pkg yeast (2 1/2 tsp)
3 cups bread flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts



Recipe

Bring 1 Cup water to a boil. Add cocoa and stir until completely dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.

Add cooled cocoa and all remaining ingredients except pecans in the order suggested by manufacture. Select raisin/nut bread cycle and start. Add pecans at the beeps or as manufacture suggests Makes 1 loaf or 16 slices
