1 1/3 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
3 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Recipe
Place all ingredients into your bread machine according to manufacturers directions. Select French bread and/or crusty setting, though it is not necessary and bake. Serves 16
MY NOTE: I prefer to do the dough in the ABM, but bake the bread in the oven on my PC stone. At 350° for 28-34 minutes
