DAK - The bread pan itself is placed into the machine and the kneading hook helps seal it in place. For this reason, dry ingredients are placed into the pan first.
HITACHI - Several different models ....... Ingredients may be placed into the machine in any order unless using the timer, in which case wet ingredients go first.
MATSUSHITA (NATIONAL/PANASONIC BREAD BAKERY) - These machines have a special dispenser into which the yeast is placed and the dropped into the dough at the proper time.
MAXIM - Ingredients may be placed into the machine in any order unless using the timer, in which case wet ingredients go first.
REGAL - Wet ingredients must be added first when using the time; otherwise they may entered in any order.
WELBILT ABM 100 - Yeast and then dry ingredients are always placed into the pan first.
ZORIJIRUSHI - These machines have a prekneading, warming cycle to bring all ingredients up to the proper temperature to mix with the yeast. Unlike some other machines, you need not worry about bringing ingredients to room or lukewarm temperature. Wet ingredients first, yeast being last.
