BREAD MACHINE: Pepperoni Cheese Bread

A favorite with kids!
List of Ingredients
1 1/3 cups water
3 tbsp powdered buttermilk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic salt (1/2 to 1)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3 cups bread flour
1 package yeast
1 cup diced pepperoni
1/2 cup shredded or diced Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (1/2 to 1) optional
Recipe
Add all ingredients except pepperoni (& cheese, if using) to machine. Set for RAISIN/NUT bread cycle & a Light crust. Add pepperoni & cheese at the beeps. Enjoy!! Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf
