QUICK BREAD: Dill Beer Bread

3 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 can beer (12 oz) or bottle
3 tbsp fresh dillRecipe
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a loaf pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt with a wire whisk in a mixing bowl. Next stir in beer and dill. Scrape batter into prepared loaf pan and bake in the center of the oven for 55 - 60 minutes, or until brown on top and knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Bread needs to sit in the pan for about 10 minutes, then cool on a rack. Makes 16 slices
