List of Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
1/3 cup oil, or 1/3 cup applesauce
3 mashed bananas (3-4 bananas)
1 cup chopped nuts
nutmeg, optional


Recipe

Mash bananas, mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake in a 350° oven for 30 35 minutes. OR pour batter into a Bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes. Makes 2 loaves (32 slices)
