List of Ingredients
4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 jars baby food (carrots)
1/2 can pineapple, crushed
1 cup oil
2 tablespoons baking soda
2 cups flour
1 cup raisin, I only use 1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons cinnamon, I only use 1 tsp
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon saltRecipe
PREHEAT oven 375°. Cream the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add the baby food, pineapple, oil, flour, baking soda,cinnamon, salt, raisins and nuts. Put in a greased 11x13 pan..Bake 45-60.
FROST with cream cheese frosting of your choice
