Apple Pie Cake

List of Ingredients




One (18.5 oz) box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 tsp lemon extract
One (21-22 oz) can apple pie filling
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c self-rising flour
1 tsp apple pie spice mix or cinnamon

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 13x9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, lemon and apple pie filling. Mix until well combined. Pour into baking pan. In a medium bowl, butter, sugar and flour; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of your batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares and serve with a dallop of Cool Whip, whipped cream, vanilla yogurt or ice cream. Serves 12
