Recipe Introduction
This is a super-rich cake and should be stored in the frig. For best results it should be chilled a minimum of 8 hrs or over night before serving.

Cake
1 pkg white cake mix w/ pudding in it
1 cup whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated skim milk (12 oz)
2 tbsp white cacao-flavored liqueur, opt
Chocolate Mousse
1/2 cup skim milk
1 pkg chocolate mousse mix (2.8 oz)
1 tbsp white cacao-flavored liqueur, opt

CAKE: Heat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare cake milk according to box. Pour into prepared pan. Bake as directed or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. In a large mixing bowl combine cream, sweetened condensed milk, evaporative milk & 2 tbsp of liqueur if using. Beat at medium speed until well mixed - 1 to 2 minutes. With fork poke holes all over surfaces of cake. Slowly pour milk mixture over cake until completely soaked. Cover & refrigerate 3 hrs or over night is best.
MOUSSE: In a medium bowl combine milk, mousse mix and 1 tablespoonful of liqueur if using. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hr. Stir mousse mixture. Pipe with pastry bag or dollop with spoon onto each serving of cake. Store refrigerated. Cake serves 24.
