List of Ingredients




3 cups sugar
2 tbsp Karo corn syrup
3 squares bitter chocolate shaved
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup evaporated milk
3 tbsp butter
1 cup walnuts**

Recipe



Mix together sugar, corn syrup, bitter chocolate, salt and milk. Boil until syrup reaches 238 degrees F. or soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add 3 tablespoons butter. Cool till lukewarm, beat until creamy. Add 1/4 cup nuts and pour into buttered pan. Let cool and set. Cut into squares
