    Jamie Lee Curtis' Quick Fudge

    List of Ingredients




    1 box devil's food cake mix (18.25-ounce)
    1 cup extra crunch peanut butter
    1/4 cup water
    2 eggs
    1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
    1/2 cup chocolatey sweetened rice cereal
    1 cup butterscotch morsels

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 13x9-inch glass baking dish or metal pan. Combine cake mix, peanut butter, water, and eggs in large bowl. Stir until dough forms. Press dough into prepared dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until puffed and set. Cool cake base for 20 minutes. Melt chocolate morsels in microwave on medium-low for about 2 minutes or until just melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Spread melted chocolate over cake base. Sprinkle with cereal. Melt butterscotch morsels in microwave on low for 30 seconds or until just melted and smooth. Drizzle over chocolate cereal and cake base in pan. Using tip of knife, swirl toppings together to create marbled effect. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set. Cut into squares and serve. Makes 16 large or 32 small bars
