Mexican Casserole

List of Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1 tsp salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1/2 can water
1 medium onion chopped
4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 can enchilada sauce
1/2 dozen tortillas, quartered (flour or corn)
1/4 lb processed cheese
1/4 lb cheddar cheese Recipe
Mix soup, cheese, and green chilies and melt together. In skillet brown beef and onion. Pour off grease. Add enchilada sauce and simmer. Line large casserole dish with tortilla pieces. Layer with meat mix and then soup mixture. Continue layering. End with soup. Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 300°.
