    Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms

    Very creamy with lots of mushrooms makes this meal very tasty.

    List of Ingredients

    2 tbsp. margarine or butter
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
    1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 4 oz)
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can Campbell’s condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tbs. dry sherry (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 cups hot cooked egg noodles

    Recipe

    1. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbs. margarine. Cook chicken 10 minutes, browning both sides. Remove; set aside.

    2. Reduce heat to medium. In same skillet, in remaining 1 tbs. margarine, cook mushrooms and onion with garlic powder until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often. Add soup, milk, sherry and pepper. Bring to boil.

    . Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Serve with egg noodles.
