List of Ingredients
2 Pounds Boned and Skinned Chicken Breast, cut in 1" cubes
3 Medium Onion, quartered
2 Carrot, cut in 1" slices
2 Potato, cut in 1" cubes
2 Cans fat-free chicken broth (14 Oz)
1 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
8 Ounces Mushroom, halved
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1 Cup Frozen Peas
Recipe
Combine chicken, onions, carrots, potatoes, and broth in crockpot. Stir in celery seed, thyme, pepper, mushrooms and corn. Cover and cook on LOW until chicken is done and vegetables we tender, about 7-9 hours. Or HIGH 4-6 hours. Stir in peas and cook another 15-30 minutes.
