    DIP: Gingersnap Cookie Dip

    1 carton creamy Cool Whip
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 (8 ounce) brick cream cheese, softened
    2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

    1 container (or box) Gingersnap Cookies - Trader Joe's Triple Ginger Snaps are perfect for this!

    In a small mixing bowl mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese, & pumpkin pie spice. Beat in cool whip until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Gingersnaps.
