    This recipe adds extra sweetness to sweet potatoes.

    List of Ingredients




    5 sweet potatoes, peeled; slice 1/2" thick
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup pure maple syrup
    1/4 cup apple cider

    Recipe



    Place sweet potatoes in crockpot. Whisk together remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over potatoes. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-9 hours.
