    STEW: Ham & Lentil Stew

    Pillsbury Soup & Crockpot Recipes/Feb 2000

    List of Ingredients

    3 c diced cooked ham
    2 c chopped celery
    2 c chopped carrot
    2 c dried lentils
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 (10.5 oz) cans condensed chicken broth
    4 c water

    Recipe

    In a 3 1/2 to 4-quart crockpot combine all ingredients & mix well. Cover & cook on LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours. Makes 8 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
