    6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper (optional)
    2 tbsp finely chopped scallions
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp salt
    A dash of pepper

    Recipe
