    ITALIAN: Anginetti Cream Puffs

    List of Ingredients

    1 package Stella D'oro Anginetti Cookies, *see Note
    3 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 cup prepared whipped topping (Cool Whip)
    1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz) drained

    Recipe

    Mix all in bowl, except cookies. Carefully, slice cookies in half and fill with mixture and replace top. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. About 20

    Notes:
    Stella D'oro Anginetti Cookies: Pastry-like cookies covered with a real sugar coating. Delicious as is, hidden under ice cream, or drizzled with hot chocolate sauce!
