RUSSIAN: Russian Green Tea

5 tbsp loose green tea
2 tbsp freshly grated lemon peel
1 tbsp fresh orange peelRecipe
Fire up a samovar if you have or a large teapot with 2 liters water. In a small teapot, make a concentrated tea by combining green tea leaves, lemon and orange peel. Add a small amount of boiling water and steep for 7-10 minutes. You can place the small teapot on the crown of your samovar. To serve, pour a small amount of the strained concentrate into a cup and fill the rest of the cup with boiling water. Sweeten to taste with honey.
