3 lb Bison roast
1 bay leaf
1 tsp salt
6 pepper corns
4 carrots, sliced
6 Spanish onions
6 potatoes, pealed and quartered
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 C apple juice
1 C water
1/2 tsp pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 225° F. Add all ingredients to roasting pan. Cover and place in oven for 6-8 hours or until done. Thicken gravy with cornstarch.
