South of the Border Lasagna

List of Ingredients
12 ounces lean ground turkey, or veal or turkey sausage*see notes
2 cans crushed Italian tomatoes
1 cup picanté sauce, mild
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup canned mild green chiles, diced
1 cup lowfat ricotta cheese
1/2 package lasagna noodles (8 noodles) cooked
4 ounces shredded lowfat cheddar cheese (NOT fat free)
4 ounces reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese, grated (NOT fat free)Recipe
In a large skillet, brown turkey. Add tomatoes, picanté sauce, taco seasoning mix and chilies. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. In the bottom of a 9" square pan, spread half of the meat mixture. Top with half of the noodles. Spread half of the ricotta cheese on noodles and top with Cheddar cheese. Repeat and end with Jack cheese. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes. Serves 4
