    CHRISTMAS: Holiday Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese
    1 (7-ounce) jar roasted red sweet peppers
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe

    In blender or food processor combine cream cheese, peppers, garlic, onion, lemon juice, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika and sour cream. Cover blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

    Chill until serving time. Serve as a spread with toasted pita bread or snack crackers. Use as a dip with chips or vegetables. Makes approximated 1 3/4 cups.
