THANKSGIVING: Pumpkin Pie Cake

List of Ingredients
1 large can pumpkin, NOT pumpkin pie filling/mix
1 cup sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, or 3 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped walnuts, or pecans
3/4 cup melted butter, or margarine
Smucker's Caramel topping, for garnish
Recipe
Mix canned pumpkin, sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and salt until well blended. Pour into a 13x9" pan or dish. Sprinkle 1 box DRY yellow cake mix over top, then sprinkle with chopped nuts. Pour melted butter over it all. Bake in a 350� oven for 50 to 60 minutes. When cooled drizzle Smucker's Caramel topping over top of cake. Serve with whipped cream Cool Whip if desired. May be eaten warm or cold. Served 12
