    5 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
    2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    1/3 cup butter
    3/4 cup sour cream
    2/3 cup dark brown sugar
    1/4 cup light corn syrup
    1 egg
    1 1/4 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    Preheat the oven to 400°. Generously grease muffin cups or line with baking cups. (I spray my liners w/ PAM for easier removal) Melt the semisweet chocolate, the unsweetened chocolate and the in medium bowl set over saucepan of barely simmering water. Stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Whisk the sour cream, butter, sugar, corn syrup, egg and vanilla into the chocolate mixture.

    In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Make well in center of the flour mixture. Pour the chocolate mixture into the well. Mix until moistened. The batter will be lumpy. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the prepared cups, filling each 3/4 cup full. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes or until a tester inserted in center comes out moist and clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
