    Lynda's Chicken Paprikash

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 cup white wine, or fat free chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon Hungarian sweet paprika
    1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, slivered
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced, separate into rings
    2 1/2 cups medium or thin egg noodles, cooked and drained
    1/2 cup nonfat sour cream, at room temperature

    Recipe

    In a small bowl, combine wine, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat add chicken breast and brown both sides. Arrange onion rings over chicken; pour wine mix over top reduce heat. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until chicken is fork tender. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed place cooked chicken over cooked noodles. Keep warm. To prepare gravy, gradually stir sour cream into pan drippings. Spoon gravy over chicken and cooked noodles. Makes 4 servings
