    Spinach & Feta Stuffed Shells

    1 box frozen chopped spinach (10 ounces) thawed and well drained
    1 c ricotta cheese, part skim milk
    1 pkg feta cheese w/ sundried tomatoes (8 oz) crumbled, divided
    Splash cream, or half and half
    1/4 tsp California garlic powder
    1/4 tsp California garlic pepper
    12 jumbo pasta shells, cooked, drained
    1 1/2 c marinara sauce, homemade or store bought

    Mix spinach (make sure it is WELL drained), ricotta cheese about 3/4s of the feta cheese, cream, garlic pepper, and garlic powder. Blend well. Fill your shells with the spinach mixture. Place in shallow 11x7" baking dish. Pour sauce over shells and top with remaining feta cheese. Cover with foil and bake in a 350° oven for 20-25 mins, then uncover and bake 5-10 mins more or until Feta is lightly browned. Serves 6
