    1 pie crust (9 inch), unbaked
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 large pumpkin pie filling (1 lb, 2 oz)
    1 cup eggnog (prepared)
    whipped cream
    1/2 cup eggnog
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Make or buy a 9-inch unbaked pastry crust for the pie, and set it aside.

    FILLING: Beat eggs in a bowl. Beat in pumpkin pie filling and prepared eggnog. Blend well. Pour the filling into the pie shell and bake it in a pre-heated 400° oven for 45 minutes. Take the pie from the oven, let it cool, then top with whipped cream mixed with 1/2 cup. eggnog and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Serves 6.
