    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 tbsp flour
    3 tbsp cocoa
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup light butter, melted
    1 1/4 cups evaporated skim milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup pecans (1/2 to 3/4) crushed
    1/2 cup coconut flakes
    1 pie crust (9 inch), unbaked

    Preheat oven to 350F. Combine sugar, flour, & cocoa. Stir in eggs, & butter. Add evaporative milk, water, pecans & coconut. Mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake 35-45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
