Molded Beet Salad

List of Ingredients
1 package lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups chopped cooked beets
1 tablespoon grated onion
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 cup sour creamRecipe
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add salt and lemon juice. Chill until partially thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into mold and chill until firm. Serves 6.
