Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

4 cups Brussels sprouts, stems trimmed
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Recipe
Steam brussel sprouts, whole, for 8-10 minutes, until tender but not soggy. Remove from heat and toss in the balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. Serve hot. Serves 4
Remember Do Not DROWN the sprouts in the balsamic vinegar!
