Peanut Butter Banana Brownie Bites

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup hot cocoa mix
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cocoa powder
1 1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter chips



Recipe

In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine bananas, oil & egg. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chips. Fill mini muffin tins. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 9-11 minutes or until muffins test done. Makes about 36 bites.
