Honey Kissed Acorn Squash

2 acorn squash, halved
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 tablespoons craisins
2 tablespoons crushed pineapple in water, drained
4 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine, melted (used Brummel & Brown)
Freshly ground nutmeg, to taste
Recipe
Halve squash lengthwise and remove seeds. Microwave squash according to manufacturer's directions (about 8-10 minutes). Combine honey, margarine, pecans, and craisins. Spoon into center of each squash half. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30-45 seconds or until thoroughly heated and lightly glazed. Sprinkle with freshly ground nutmeg. Serves 4
