Orange Marmalade Carrots

3 cups carrots, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons light butter, Butter or margarine
2 cups Water
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
Nutmeg, freshly ground
Recipe
Combine carrots, water, and salt in crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 - 3 hrs or until the carrots are done. Drain well and stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on HIGH 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg if desired. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
