List of Ingredients
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 tbsp fat-free chicken broth (1 to 2) or vegetable broth
6 cups bread cubes, dried
1 large sweet potato, cooked, peeled & finely chopped
1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth, or vegetable broth
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp coarsely ground pepper
Recipe
In a large nonstick skillet sauté celery and onion in broth until tender. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently. Transfer to crockpot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hrs or until bread and vegetables are soft. Makes 10 one-cup servings.
